Born in 1924, Margalit Landau was the daughter of Alexander Landau. A member of Hashomer Hatzair and Resistance activist, she was one 
of the JFO Commando that assassinated Jacob Lejkin on 29 October 1942. She fell in the battle under the command of Mordechai Anielewas 
at the age of 18, in January 1943.
